Real Estate BBA/Urban Planning and Design MUPD

The integration of the Real Estate BBA with the Urban Planning and Design MUPD offers a unique pathway for students interested in real estate careers that foster heavy engagement with public policy, urban planning, and best practices in real estate development. This collaborative opportunity enables students to gain deep understanding of the built environments where we live, work, and play. This includes ground-up real estate development, urban revitalization initiatives, adaptive reuse projects, and infrastructure optimization. Particularly beneficial for those aspiring to shape urban landscapes, the program prepares students for careers that bridge private enterprises and public benefit through private-public partnerships.

Upon completion, graduates will be equipped not only with advanced knowledge from both disciplines but also with practical skills applicable in a variety of professional settings. These include positions in urban planning agencies, real estate development firms, city planning departments, and roles that influence policymaking for sustainable urban growth. This pathway not only fosters a deeper understanding of how market forces interact with urban planning principles but also enhances employability by broadening the scope of potential career avenues in both private and public sectors.
