Admission to Program
In order to take Community Development graduate courses prior to applying to the graduate program, students who meet the following eligibility requirements should submit documentation thereof to the FHCE Graduate Coordinator:
-Current standing as an undergraduate Housing Management and Policy major
-A cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0
-On track to have completed at least 60 total credits by the end of the semester for which they seek admission to the Double Dawgs program
Curriculum
Graduate-level courses that may be used to satisfy undergraduate and graduate program requirements.
Students admitted to the Double Dawgs pathway may choose up to 12 hours from any of the 6000-level courses listed on the Community Development curriculum to be taken prior to admission to the graduate program.

Admission to Graduate Program
Housing Management and Policy majors who meet the following requirements may officially apply to the graduate program:
-At least 60 credits completed prior to the semester for which you are seeking admission
-3.0 or higher undergraduate GPA (including any graduate courses used to satisfy undergraduate requirements)
-We require the GMAT or GRE, but this may be waived for students who complete at least 9 hours of graduate coursework with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
-We also require 3 letters of recommendation and a Statement of Purpose
