Students who complete this program will be well prepared to enter the following fields: Real Estate Analyst, Property Management- residential or commercial, Affordable Housing policy, Housing Policy, Non-Profit Housing Organizations, Research positions in residential management

Admission to Program

- Current standing as an undergraduate Housing Management and Policy major
- A cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0
- On track to have completed at least 60 total credits by the end of the semester for which they seek admission to the Double Dawgs program
- Students will apply to the pathway in Athena. Upon approval, they will be permitted to take FHCE grad-level courses.

Admission to Graduate Program

Housing Management and Policy majors who meet the following requirements may officially apply to the graduate program:

- 3.0 or higher undergraduate GPA (including any graduate courses used to satisfy undergraduate requirements)
- We also require 2 letters of recommendation and a Statement of Purpose using department provided template found online
- We require an updated resume
- UGA transcripts will be reviewed by faculty
