Admission to Program
After a student has 60-90 hours in the AES program, they will be able to apply to the dual degree (AES/MPPPM) program.
Students will apply to the dual degree program by first contacting the Graduate Coordinator Offices of the three participating departments, i.e., Crop & Soil Sciences, Entomology, and Plant Pathology. These offices will guide the students through the application process at the UGA Graduate School.
Students who have taken the GRE with a score of 289 or better and completed the following courses with a grade of 3.0 or higher will be admitted to the dual degree program:

Admission to Graduate Program
After a student has 60-90 hours in the AES program, they will be able to apply to the dual degree (AES/MPPPM) program. Students who have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher (3.0 or higher for BIOL and CHEM below) will be considered for admission to the dual degree program. Students with this GPA will have the GRE requirement waived. Undergraduate courses required: CRSS 3060, 3060L; CHEM 1211, 1211L, 1212, 1212L; BIOL 1107, 1107L, 1108, 1108L; CRSS 2010-2010L or HORT 2000, and PATH 3530. Students will apply to the dual degree program by first contacting the Graduate Coordinator Offices of the three participating departments, i.e., Crop & Soil Sciences, Entomology, and Plant Pathology.
