The Women's Studies A.B. / Nonprofit Management and Leadership M.A. Double Dawgs pathway is designed to train highly motivated students in the skills, knowledge, and values for successful careers in nonprofit management, administration, and leadership focused on target populations (i.e. women, minorities, disenfranchised groups). We place a strong emphasis on helping students acquire and use the skills and techniques for understanding human behavior, social context, and sound research, as well as in leading nonprofit organizations that serve diverse communities. Our expectation is that the Double Dawgs pathway will provide a clear step for our dual degree students from the Women's Studies program towards new opportunities for our pathway graduates.
