The B.B.A. Finance/M.A. Nonprofit Management and Leadership pathway is designed to train highly motivated students in the skills, knowledge, and values for successful careers in nonprofit management, administration, and leadership. We place a strong emphasis on helping students acquire and use the skills and techniques for carrying out myriad responsibilities within the nonprofit sector, including: grant proposal writing; volunteer recruitment and training; financial administration and decision making; fundraising, public relations, and event planning; program design and evaluation; and human resource leadership. Graduates will be equipped to obtain positions with leading nonprofit organizations that serve diverse communities.A graduate’s career may also follow the traditional finance graduate track. In these cases, the MNML degree would provide valuable skills for outside volunteer work.
