The joint B.S.—Human Development and Family Science/M.A.—Nonprofit Management and Leadership is designed to train highly motivated students in the skills, knowledge, and values for successful careers in nonprofit management, administration, and leadership. We place a strong emphasis on helping students acquire and use the skills and techniques for understanding human behavior, social context, and sound research, as well as in leading nonprofit organizations that serve diverse communities.
