The joint B.S.—Psychology/M.A.—Nonprofit Management and Leadership is designed to train highly motivated students in the skills, knowledge, and values for successful careers in nonprofit management, administration, and leadership. We place a strong emphasis on helping students acquire and use the skills and techniques for understanding human behavior and sound research, as well as in leading nonprofit organizations that serve diverse communities.
