Career and Academic Opportunities

Upon completion of the undergraduate and graduate programs of study, students will be trained for employment as IPM professionals in the pest control industry, pesticide and fertilizer services, cooperative extension and regulatory agencies. There are careers in the private industry such as pesticide, seed, food and beverage. Academic institutions in addition, as a college instructor or a lab or field technician. Serving as Crop Consultant one can be independent or employed by companies. Urban/structural pest control is continuous in being innovative and impacting insect control in our world today while adhering to public safety.
